vi. How will you distribute your mashup?
Yep. Obv, you're using the web for distribution, but what's the distribution model look like? Through partner sites? Through a single site? Really, the q is aobut your distribution strategy? How will you ensure your app gets used?

vii. How will you encourage use? Yep, re your point about Marketing. How will you 'market' your application so it's used appropriately?

Quick note about 2 resources we've developed on your behalf.

1. Web Application Design 101.
Alison Bradley, a long-time supporter of net2 who you'll all hopefully have an opportunity to meet at the conference recently wrote a great summary about 'web application design', specifically for this year's featured projects.
